  4. Continue to train 5 days, they don't have to be consecutive

TIPS TO HELP YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY

  1. Make a Goal diary and write in your weight, objectives and problem areas.

  2. Make a comment on challenges you face or quick note on your energy levels after each session.

  3. Start tracking your weight any time after one week to keep you motivated and take photos of noticeable changes.

  4. It also helps to keep a food diary so that you are aware of what you're eating should obstacles come up in any wellness and weight loss. 

  5. Buddy up with a friend to help you stay accountable

  6. Email Amber with any queries or concerns regarding injuries or technique.

  7. Try to take one live class a week to get personal instruction and technique tips.
