Service Description

This is a Yoga Flow Class designed to strengthen, align and assist in balance and posture. Asanas (poses) flow from one to the other with some being sustained. This session will heat the body initially through standing movements then move to the floor for more cooling poses. Revitalise, improve circulation, joint mobility, strength, balance. flexibility and general well being! Some Yoga experience advised.
